The anime name is called "Gai-Rei Zero" and after watching eight episode of it, its not a funny anime at all, pretty sad to be correct. Anyway the anime is still fairly new, started at Oct. 28ish 2008 in Japan, but it only contain 13th episode in total so the anime is almost finish. But yeah I'm waiting for the site to sub episode 9 =\ The anime is also a prequel to the manga version so dont get confuse if you decided to watch it =\
